今日は近所の坂道を何とか駆け上がることができました。途中で立ち止まらずにここまで走れたのは初めてです。
今回違ったのは、少しスピードを落としたことです。「走っている」と言えるくらいの速さは残っていましたが、前回の数回の試みよりも遅かったです。
