I am no expert and the closest i have never achieved the chiseled 6pack. The closest i got was in my 30s when i jogged religiously. Now at 53 i try to keep to low impact activities. I had come across this 30 day plank challenge that at the time made a big difference for me. Now i try to do a minute plank everyday. When i skip it shows but when im consistent then it pays off. Ive read that anything over a minute and a half is overkill so i stay at the 1min or 130 if im feelin froggy. If you cant do the minute then make that your goal and do what you can. Stay consistent and good luck to you all
