I tell you this right now, if you want an hourglass bod, then try Daisy Keech I can not tell you how many times Daisy Keech has been my go to because she is so good at coming up with workout that literally give you the burn and you will see results after a week. I literally stayed constant for like 2 weeks and I can't tell that some of my belly fat were gone.
Here's the workout
- 1 min of crunches
- 1 min of bent toe taps
- 1 min of reverse crunches
- 1 min of bicycle kicks
- 1 min of Russian twist
- 1 min of leg raises
- 1 min of superwoman's
- 1 min of jack knives
The pyramid one is just repeated workouts with crunches, and leg raises and it burns so bad.
You repeat as many times as you want. But these two do it for me.
