There are many exercises to work our abs. Among the best we find one that consists of lying up looking up on the floor (you can use a mat) and while we hold on to some object behind our head we raise our legs and lower them without touching the floor. To offer more resistance we can ask someone to push our legs down and that we must prevent our feet from touching the ground.
