My favorite/best ab routines/core exercises are short but effective & intense. I like to include something that targets all parts of the abdominals... I do a standard plank & hold that for 1 min & then a side plank (one on each side at 1 min each)... I will then do some bitterly li kicks too. Youtube and apple fitness have some really good 5-10 min routines that are super effective !
