I use a free website/resource called DAREBEE to differentiate my exercises. It is also a great resource when you are looking to target a specific area/muscle group. DAREBEE offers completely free workout routines, challenges, "exercise of the day"s, and several other helpful features; they do ask for donations to continue offering this incredible website.
This month, there is a 30 day lower body blast challenge. Each day, you are challenged to complete one exercise that targets the lower body. Here is the link to this challenge:
