Hand-release Pushup
Exercise 8 to 10 reps,rest for 1 minute, then repeat, for a total of three rounds.
Let’s start!
- Start on hands and knees with shoulders over wrists and hips extended so knees, hips, and shoulders are aligned. (Level up by starting in a high plank position.)
- Keep core tight, bend elbows, and lower body all the way down on to the floor. (Elbows should point 45 degrees away from sides.)
- At the bottom, lift hands a few inches into the air.
- Replace hands, then press back up to start. That's 1 rep. Complete 8 to 10 reps.
