I like to work upper body at least every other day. A toned, strong upper body is sexy! I attend a fitness studio several days a week. My favorite classes are circuits, and a lot of these upper body moves are incorporated into our workouts. Some of my favorites are the cross body biceps curl. This curl variation engages the chest muscles along with the biceps for a very effective upper body burn . The bear plank shoulder tap is an exercise that not only works your chest along with firing up your core. The dumbbell floor press is another exercise which challenges your chest as well as your upper back. Another of my favorites is standing cactus arms. This exercise puts a great emphasis on the chest muscles. The last one is a close grip chest press. This is a chest press variation that you can switch up your grips and really focus on squeezing your pecs throughout every rep. 

I guarantee doing these exercises will give you a great upper body workout.
