My tips for beginners  to master High and low bar squats:

  1. Ensure a thorough warmup before doing any bar squats.
  2. Use good quality shoes with a slight heel for better stability and form.
  3. Start with lighter weights to perfect the form and then gradually increase the load.
  4. Focus on breathe too. Inhale before you sit and exhale once you go up.
  5. Keep your core tight and engage to avoid lower back injury.
  6. Chest should be tight and up to avoid any shoulder injury.
