케토 식단을 ​​하면서 박탈감을 느끼지 않으려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

케토 다이어트를 몇 번 해봤는데, 보통 두 달씩 했어요. 체중이 눈에 띄게 줄고 에너지도 늘어나는 걸 느끼긴 하지만, 결국엔 제가 좋아하는 음식들이 부족하게 느껴지고, 그렇게 제한적인 식단이 지속 불가능하다는 생각에 좌절감을 느껴서 "탈락"하게 되더라고요. 몇 주 후에 탄수화물이 많은 음식을 폭식해서 다이어트가 망가지는 걸 막기 위해, 케토 다이어트를 하면서 느끼는 그런 부족함을 어떻게 극복할 수 있을지 조언 좀 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

    Dieting in general I feel is hard. But I feel snacking in between meals helps a little with not feeling so hungry.

    I do a low carb diet meaning I don't do strict keto. The doctor told me that keto is not good to do due to eating foods that has higher amounts of saturated fat foods. I eat everything (fruits, veggies, meat/protein, etc.) but just limit the food the high carbs & sugars. Small Carby treats are okay once in awhile. Also, walking and exercising is important. You won't see dramatic weight loss, it is more slower but healthier in my opinion. You do whatever works for you.
