    I am no expert. But my understanding is Keto is much much lower carb intake (5% or less) while using fat as the main source of energy for the body.

    The main difference is the fat. It uses fat as the primary source of emerge by maintaining the level of ketosis to avoid sugar and carbs. It is difficult to maintain ketosis level that results in a better life as a life style.
