But I am in a weighloss program taking classes on nutrition where we talked about diets. The keto diet, and any diet, changes the hormones in our bodies and therefore has the ability to alter menstruation (as well mood, sleep pattern, temperature regulation, hunger, and on and on...) There is no way to know how you will personally be affected as everyone is different.
