From various research I have done on Keto, I got to learn that Keto diet is very helpful for weightloss but however, people with liver, thyroid, pancreas or gallbladder problem should avoid Keto diet. But my advise is to always speak to your doctor before going on such restrictive diet especially if you have any health condition inorder to know the pros and cons of starting Keto diet on your body.
