한동안 매일 30분 정도씩 걷기 운동을 했는데 체중 감량에 별다른 진전이 없었어요. 그래서 더 오래 걸을 수 있도록 동기를 부여해 주려고 이 앱을 다운로드했는데, 효과가 꽤 좋네요. 그런데 적어도 몇 파운드라도 감량하려면 매일 걷기에 가장 좋은 시간은 언제인지 알고 싶었어요.

That's good you found your motive! I personally like to walk at least the 10k steps while also working out. Diet is also important and make sure to sustain yourself with one that works for you.

16.3 I think you need to do a minimum of 10,000 steps to notice a difference. Everyday for 6 weeks. Good luck!

For me, I have to watch what I eat.. I have to cut out on sugary food, less carbs, more fruits and vegetables. I have at least 1-1/2 hours a day.. almost 6 days a week..

I always walk and run in the morning, fasted. It's supposed to burn more fat that way, what you're already carrying rather than what you just ate. Can't say it's gospel, but it works for me.

86- I think if u r just starting walking can help u lose but once u have become accustomed to it u have to add a diet

M16....I find that brisk walking for at least an hour and half suits me, but I find I go up or down a few lb every week, so I just stick to it and hope it starts staying off due to medication weight gain...😡
