i felt like that is not the science...
I Don't know about ittt
Great question; there's scientific evidence that backs up ketosis in the body which is what the first is based on (I think) but it screams fad diet to me.
Ketosis does happen in the body. You can lose weight in ketosis but at what cost to your body?
You can see the results in a week, I think it's is workable
yes it is
I don't know if they support, but it works
Maybe by pseudoscience?
I think everyone's body is different and how it affects everyone.
Unequivocally, yes. Keto is short for ketosis, which is the process your body goes into when you stop burning carbohydrates as energy and your body switches to burning stored fat. By definition, the keto diet is one which switches the body into the state of highly efficient fat burning. So to answers your question, yes, it is supported scientifically as well as by the personal experiences of millions of followers.
