예전에 저탄수화물 다이어트를 했는데, 제가 겪었던 미생물 관련 문제들을 해결하는 데 매우 유용했습니다. 제가 본 건 케토 다이어트가 아주 비슷하다는 거였어요. 예전에는 같은 음식을 먹고 같은 음식을 피했거든요.
둘의 차이점은 뭔가요? 음식의 양만 다른 건가요?

Idk what the differences are maybe u eat less food with the microbiotics? All i do know is make sure u get your fiber lol

I read your question and I got the same one. So I investigated a bit in some pages and it says that the main difference is taht with Keto you can lose a significant amount of weight but at the same time it will be not good to creat muscle. Also I read that even if you are pregnant, it will not be good for you because you do not get the correct amount of nutrient your body needs.
so I guess, and I am not an expert, low carb diet must be healthier in long terms. just focus in your goal and work for it. eating is not all in diets, you need exercise, sleep and others to make your body work properly
