    Even if you're over 50, it's okay to try the keto diet if you're in good health. Alternatively, you may decide after consulting with your doctor.  Additionally, to reduce side effects, it is recommended to avoid extreme diets and consume low carbohydrates and vegetable fats.

    I read that even over 50 or 60 the keto diet could be a good option if your health is average. The best option could be to check with your doctor

    I am not sure , but some researches mentioned that keto diet will cause low blood pressure and  increase the risk of kidney stones and heart disease. It is suggested to consult your family doctor before starting keto. On the other hand, incorporating with workouts and regular daily routine are crucial factors for a healthy body.
