Intermittent fasting is when you eat only during certain times of the day. The good news is, you can eat whatever you want during those hours. And there are several different methods out there that you can explore to do this.
There are lots of variations with intermittent fasting, but I think most people consider it to be at least 12 hours, or even 16 hours between two meals in one day.
