I would assume you would use the longest fasting period during your sleeping hours?
I think having an accountability partner would be helpful. Preferably someone in the household, but if not, a close friend to keep you going.
I don't know I never did this diet.
You have to WANT ist, then it will work without any tricks!
Stay busy to distract yourself from hunger. Drink lots of water and tea to stay full. Gradually increase your fasting time to let your body adjust.
