I have IBD, a bowel disease, when it was active I would do 24 hour fast or basically I only ate ever other day. Not that my gut is healed I do 16:8 because I body can't be digesting food all day. It works really well for me, I feel great.
Il più conosciuto è il 16/8 ossia mangi in un lasso di tempo di 8 ore (7 / 15 oppure 12 l 20) e le restanti digiuni, oppure la 5:2 cioè mangi normalmente per 5 giorni e gli altri due digiuni oppure riduci drasticamente le kcal
