I just eat what my body wants but try to eat a proper amount in order to lose weights.
I think the restrictions aren't too strict when you are not fasting, in general you want to try to eat healthy as you can. When you are fasting, I believe you can only consume things that are under 30 calories. 🤔
Just drink water during fasting.
