8/16과 10/14를 시도해 봤는데, 10회 반복하고 14회 쉬는 게 더 쉬웠던 것 같아요. 가장 효과적인 분할 방법을 아시는 분 계신가요?

For me personally, it was ADF (alternate day fasting) with the occasional 5 day fast thrown in. It worked well for me getting my diabetes down to non diabetic levels and my kidney function headed back from the brink. Dr Jason Fung is a great person to follow if you have health issues
