    Some say that the best time for intermittent fasting is early in the day and ending early in the evening, ideally before 10 AM and early evening. Eating between 4 pm and midnight may lead to weight game.

    The most common time I have heard of for fasting is early morning, ending around 10 or 11 am.

    The longest time overnight since you wouldn't be eating anyways but then also before bed too.
