감미료

질문이 있습니다. 단식을 깨고 싶지 않다면 스테비아, 몽크프루트 등의 감미료를 첨가해도 괜찮을까요?

    I think eating anything is breaking the fast. Only drinking water or maybe green tea would be considered otherwise only if they don't contain any added sugars. But I am not expert so cant be sure on this matter
