I think whatever works best with your lifestyle and requirements is okay, it's not always the best for everyone. Just make sure to still eat enough!
I normally skip breakfast and I have 2 meals and maybe some snacks in between.
Lo mejor es volver a la rutina de una manera más lenta. Dejando de ayunar pero con la comida en pequeñas cantidades.
I skip breakfast I find this easiest I think because I'm busy. The hardest part for me is not snaking in the evening.
I wouldn't eat 3 meals but I guess it depends what you consider a meal
