    I've never tried it. I've done some fasting, but for little time and I've got to say that it's difficult to restrain yourself from eating certain things and, once you are done with the diet, usually you gain weight back.

    I normally manage long stints say 3 to 6 months but then something like Christmas will throw me off and I start ratting durning my fasting window then I find it hard to get into again.
