61- I find it easy to skip breakfast
Me personally, I can't eat first thing in the morning, so technically breakfast be as late at 1pm. Even if I eat relatively early in the morning, I find myself missing not not really hungry to eat lunch. It's not intentional, it's just I'm not necessarily hungry around noon or mid afternoon. This idea I think it is to actually eat, not snack, when you're actually hungry, which can be almost anytime for anyone.

I think its easy to skip breakfast for most people But some skip dinner instead after a good lunch
Based on the principle itself, it shouldnt matter, as long as you have the correct number of hours fasting.
