어떤 식사를 거르면 좋을까요?

저는 3년 동안 IF를 실천해 왔고, 아침 식사를 거르는 것은 쉬웠습니다. 하지만 실제로 어떤 식사를 거르는 것이 가장 좋을까요?

      I lost from 57kg to 49kg in the beginning but now bounced back to 55.  Oh well.

    Me personally, I can't eat first thing in the morning, so technically breakfast be as late at 1pm. Even if I eat relatively early in the morning, I find myself missing not not really hungry to eat lunch. It's not intentional, it's just I'm not necessarily hungry around noon or mid afternoon.
    This idea I think it is to actually eat, not snack, when you're actually hungry, which can be almost anytime for anyone.

    it is up to you but for me breakfast is the easiest one to skip.

    59. Just eat two meals. One around noon & one around 6pm.

    But some skip dinner instead after a good lunch

    Based on the principle itself, it shouldnt matter, as long as you have the correct number of hours fasting.
