Or have a great brunch around 10 or 11am then have some snack before dinner then you can still try delicious food.

I think it would probably be easier than other restrictive diets, as overeating is usually about boredom, rather than hunger, so it's just a case of distracting yourself adequately during the fasting period.
Sounds like it's all 8n the times you do not eat anyth8ng. Very hard for mist of us. People get crabby, airhead, grumpily and need food. Many pass out cause blood sugar gets low.
