간헐적 단식으로 체중 감량하신 분 계신지 궁금합니다. 만약 있으시다면, 하루 몇 시간 정도 식사하시나요? 연령대에 따라 권장되는 식사 시간이 다르다는 걸 알고 있습니다. 제가 권장하는 방식을 따른다면, 저는 하루 12시간 동안 먹고 나머지 12시간은 단식할 겁니다. 한 달 반 정도 이렇게 해봤는데 효과가 없네요. 8시간 16분으로 줄여보는 건 어떨까요?

8:16 should be better than 12:12. From 10:00-18:00,sounds good for practice.

I have had luck losing weight intermittent fasting! I think the big thing is calories in vs out though. The idea is you are less likely to overeat if only eating for a short time.

On a daily basis, the general method is to fast for 16 hours and eat for the remaining 8 hours, or fast for 14 hours and eat for 10 hours.

I eat my breakfast late because sleep longer :). And try not to eat latter than 7 or 8 pm. Do not have snacks at night time. I am trying eat lots of fruits and veggies. Kind of work for me :)

Look if you eat in those 8 hours like 5000kcal or something like that of course you never lose weight,
