안녕하세요 여러분. 가장 오래 단식해 보신 시간은 얼마나 되세요? 저는 86시간 단식했어요. 더 오래 할 수도 있었고, 배고픔도 없었고 에너지도 좋았고 집중력도 좋았지만, 단식을 처음 시작해서 단식을 끊는 게 최선이라고 생각했어요. 지금은 일주일에 5일씩 16/8 단식만 하고 있는데, 제게는 아주 잘 맞네요!

For me it's like 48hours I guess, just to see how me body reacts. Also it's good for your organism to clean, reduce those necessary stuff from body. But I guess going without food more than 48 hours is like killing yourself slowly.

I've gone like 3 or 4 days without eating anything before. It wasn't a purposeful fast, but because I was sick. I slept a lot during that time & tried to keep water down, which was even difficult then. I hate when I get that sick as you have to bring yourself back with bland foods like crackers.
