간헐적 단식

16시간 이상 단식 후 가벼운 두통을 경험하신 분 계신가요? 저는 경험해 봤어요. 심한 두통은 아니지만, 간헐적 단식을 할 때마다 너무 불편해요:(

    maybe you should try 14 hrs first and slowly move to 16 hrs

    It is common. Drink enough water and take some mineral salt would help.

    I feel like that might be related to not having enough food which is why I am hesitant to dive into intermittent fasting. Might also want to make sure you are drinking enough water.

    Yes, this has happened to me also. I thought I should eat better food during my eating window and drink more.

    YesbI think you should decrease the fasting time then gradually increase it with no symptoms.
