    I wouldn't say it's for everyone since there are various health pre-conditions like diabetes. However, in general less eating & less calories intake is desirable and can safely be tapered down.
    After all, longevity is related to less eating. So except for health preconditions (just as with all other regimen) intermittent fasting can be safely done when implemented gradually
