안녕하세요, 저는 16/8 간헐적 단식을 하고 있는데, 보통 아침을 거르곤 합니다. 저녁을 거르는 게 더 나을 것 같으신지 궁금합니다...

    If you already are skipping breakfast I'd advise against skipping dinner. 
    
    1. Having 1 meal may make you concentrate all calories into just 1 meal, which burdens stomach.
    2. Skipping 2 meals could increase your craving more ultimately
    
    But it really depends on your lifestyle, your natural desired food amount, energy level & your fasting time 
    Some do survive on 1 meal
