Great question. I'm wondering the same thing?
There is quite a lot that can cause high blood pressure unfortunately! A diet high in processed, salty, or fatty foods without much fiber, lack of sleep, anxiety or too much stress, too much caffine, alcohol, also some drugs! Pretty much you can get high blood pressure if your body isn't in a "happy zone", as some of my EMT coworkers call it. Eating a wide variety of foods, lots of colorful fruits and veggies (low potassium can cause it!), getting a better sleep schedule, getting some movement everyday, and sometimes taking medication can all help! Even genetics and health conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, or thyroid glad issues can cause it. Gotta keep the body happy!

Doing regular exercise and avoiding salty and fatty food will combat high blood pressure. Many people said that there are many symptoms of high blood pressure.
