I had to wait on one. It took 7 days. Others that I've seen with this issue seems to take an average of 5-7 days. But I just redeemed last night again and it was instant.

I think Dukin Doughnuts is better most of the time
DinojiI redeemed points for Amazon gift card once and lost it. Not sure what happened and never got it. I hope they fix it for you.
