I've never play games on here. I've done them through the Fetch app and have had issues with several games not giving me my points. Luckily Fetch will comp you those missing points.
이 앱에서 대부분 성공과 긍정적인 경험을 했습니다. 새 게임을 다운로드하면 보상이 있는 첫 레벨까지 플레이하고, 코인을 받으면 계속 플레이할 겁니다. 추적이 잘 되고 시간을 들일 가치가 있다고 생각하기 때문이죠. 오늘 밤은 정말 실망스러웠습니다. 몇 주 동안 게임을 했고 처음 250레벨까지는 모든 코인을 받았거든요. 250레벨에 도달하면 다음 보상은 레벨 500이 되어서야 나오는데, 원래는 10,000코인(즉, 10달러) 이상이어야 했습니다. 레벨이 점점 더 어려워지고 답답해졌음에도 불구하고 계속 플레이했습니다. 너무 가까워졌거든요. 누가 10달러를 원하지 않겠어요?!?!? 음, 오늘 밤 레벨 500에 도달했지만 코인을 하나도 받지 못했습니다. 앱 도움말 채팅에 문의했으니 어떻게 될지 지켜봐야겠지만, 그렇게 많은 시간을 투자했는데 (로얄 매치와 크레딧 카르마에 백만 개의 광고가 뜨는 걸 보면서요, ㅎㅎ) 아무것도 받지 못하다니 정말 실망스럽습니다! 이런 유형의 게임 문제를 해결하는 데 성공한 사람이 있나요?

I do have to follow-up and say that I received a follow-up email from their customer service in less than 24 hours and have now been credited the coins. Of course, now I am having issues redeeming my gift card - this was my 20th $5 gift card to redeem and the first 19 worked perfectly and easily. This is the first time I've had an issue redeeming a gift card but hopefully I will hear back just as quickly and feel confident using this app again!
