I hate to sound like a broken record and don't want to be too negative because I have had a great experience with this app until the past week. Just checking in to see if anyone has gotten a response from customer service regarding not receiving the gift card they redeemed. I have emailed a second time because I didn't receive a response the first time. OR, has anyone actually received a gift card after it was stuck "processing" for several days? I like this app and it has kept me motivated to exercise while also earn coins (and gift cards) doing other things, but I don't want to keep devoting time to this app if the issue isn't going to be resolved. TIA for any insight!
