5달러짜리 아마존 기프트 카드를 사용하려고 했는데 안 돼요. 코드를 받으려고 전화번호를 입력했는데 "이 휴대폰 번호는 이미 인증되었습니다"라는 메시지만 나오고 코드는 안 와요.

어떻게 해야 하나요?

      Actually my phone number didn't work from the beginning. When it said to try another number, I used my son's number and it worked, but today when I wanted to redeem, it didn't work the way it did. Nothing worked.

      Come to think of it, Cristina, this could be the second account I made. Let me tell you what happened. One day, I noticed that I already had more than 10,000 steps before I started walking. I was wondering what it was. Then I realized that it was the steps I walked the day before. When I started walking, the steps were added to those more than 10,000 steps. I didn't think it was right. I wanted to be honest. So I deleted the cash app. not realizing that I had more than 3,000 points to be redeemed and reloaded the same cash app. and started walking. Then I made 3,000 points again with the new app. I wanted to redeem, but it didn't work. Since you asked me if it was my second account, I hope you know the answer. Please let me know if you do.

    I also can't redeem the gift card for whole day. It just keep on saying something like "we can't sent you verification code this time. Try later. " Cashwalk has bad reputation for not giving rewards to customers. Hope this time changes

      I was able to redeem finally! How did I I redeem? I used my brother's phone number and got the code. Try my way.
