Simon LeungReally sorry for your experience. I experienced the same as you! They just cheated and won't give you points. Email sent to the support team and they just told me that they would improve the system in the future but didn't give me back my rewards even I sent them evidence. No doubt that seeing from your experience, they just lied again.

I also contacted support and asked how long a person has to play at minimum to get coins. Apparently that question cannot be answered in the support system. I've attempted a couple of times to get that answer and never did get it.

Yes! When I started, after playing a little bit, a notification would come up that I got coins and then it said keep playing for more. That hasn't happened for a long time. When it wasn't happening I was playing for at least an hour and 15 minutes in hopes that the notification would come up saying I earned coins. I do play but now I have my own personal daily goal in mind without worrying about how long I'm on the app because clearly, coins are not being earned.
