건강하게 살 빼는 특별한 다이어트 방법 있으신가요? 여름이 다가오고 있는데 정말 살 빼고 싶어요.

    For me walking is the best. I try to get 25k steps a day and that does the trick.

    38. I have started simple and count my calories. Try my best to stay under 2,000 calories per day. Maybe 2,500 if I have an active day. I learned that eating a lot of healthy foods keep me fuller than a few sugary foods.

      I tried counting and keeping tracks of my calories but I never worked out because I kept losing track of them

    Walking is a great way to loose weight, try at least 3 miles a day and you don't need to change your diet, maybe cut back on sugar if you eat a lot of that. But walking for me does wonders

    switching to frozen yogurt intead of ice cream!
