Depends on how much toothpaste is ine container. If a lot, I squeeze wherever buy if not a lit I squeeze from the bottom.

2. 뒤에서부터 꽉 쥐세요.
3. 머리에서부터 짜냅니다.
개인적으로 저는 두 번째 방법을 택합니다.

Yeah. I do the same. Even when it is almost over, I squeeze it with a flat tool to use everything. I am not poor but just learnt from my parents so it has become a habit.
