안녕하세요, 혹시 포인트 사용에 문제 있으신 분 계신가요? 저도 한동안 사용하려고 했는데 계속 오류가 발생합니다. 고객 지원팀에 여러 번 문의했지만, 사용하려고 할 때 해외에 있었다는 것 외에는 아무런 답변도 받지 못했습니다. 2019년 이후로 해외에 나간 적이 없고, 당시에는 이 앱도 없었습니다. 알려주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다!

I redeemed 2 days ago I believe. It looks like there are other users who also can't redeem so its probably that they are raising the required points again because that's typically what happens

It keeps asking me to verify and it's the same number on my account but I keep getting this error message. I've been trying for over a year now to redeem. No response in the past 6 months and I've sent dozens of emails.

I have had problems too but I noticed that when I try early in the mornings I usually don't have a problem
