앱을 활성화했는데 걸음 수가 계산되지 않아요. 휴대폰에 하트 앱이 있어서 매일 걸음 수를 확인할 수 있는데, 이 앱에는 표시되지 않아요.

Go to cashwalk app settings, make sure you to enable lockscreen.

Is locks green enabled for you? It might be the cause if it's not.
