문의 지원팀은 쓸모가 없습니다

캐나다 외 VPN에 연결한 후 앱에 문제가 생겼는데... 이제 CASHWALK 상자를 열 때마다 1포인트 이상 적립되지 않습니다. 앱 개발자의 지원을 전혀 받지 못해서 앱을 삭제했다가 다른 계정으로 다시 설치해 봤지만 여전히 작동하지 않습니다. 이런 일이 발생하기 전에 새 앱인 WeWard를 사용해 보시는 걸 추천합니다! 지금까지 앱이 더 원활하게 작동하고, 광고도 훨씬 적고, 리워드도 더 좋고(애플 폰 기준!), 포인트도 하루 1만 걸음으로 제한되지 않습니다.

I also had issues with my app after it connected to a VPN outside Canada...now I cannot get more than 1 point every time I open a CASHWALK box. Uninstalled and reinstalled with a totally different account after ZERO SUPPORT from the app makers. Still doesn't work. Before this happens to you I recommend trying new app -WeWard! So far app works more smoothly, way less ads, better rewards (Apple phones!) and points aren't limited to 10,000 steps daily.
