Ghee!

I'm a huge fan of ghee aka clarified butter. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend it. Unlike butter you can use ghee at higher heats. You can even fry with it. I like ghee specifically on bread, on popcorn and when making samosas. What do you use ghee for?
