So the last challenge brought up intermittent fasting which I have tried successfully twice and unsuccessfully more times than that. But this is what I like about this app it got me excited to give it another go and this is day 3. The way I've always done it and currently am is to only eat between 9 and 7 that's 10/14 which is the best for me due to lifestyle and I eat whatever I want no diet jus limit it between those hrs with only drinking on the 14 .. I have lost 5 pounds each other time I have tried and will post again by m20 to see where I am at..
