I also tried..but not working...not collecting coin ...how can I figure it out??
어떤 사람들은 이 문제가 2~3일 동안 지속되는 것 같지만 저는 오늘 아침에야 발견했습니다.
모든 게시글과 댓글을 꼼꼼히 읽어봤습니다. 어떤 분들은 앱을 삭제하고 다시 설치하라고 하셔서 기존 코인이 사라질까 봐 걱정됐어요.
그런데 안 되는 것 같아서 그냥 앱을 삭제했다가 다시 설치했더니... 와! 저한테는 효과가 있었어요. 예전 코인은 그대로 있었는데 걸음 수는 초기화됐어요.

I reset mine yesterday just by going to my phone settings, then cleared data and cache. My old steps went back to zero but it didn't solve the whole issue. Today i'm having my steps but it's not counting 🙄🤐😕 😠

Cleared data and cache. Did a reinstall. Still showing my 31 k steps and my pending cash out. No help yet giving them a couple of days to get it figured out

I'm wondering if the steps counter stopping and such is because of high step counts? I noticed the other day I happened to be over 20k and it stopped. Or if hitting that mark, even 18k or 19k, too many times is causing an issue of it freezing or not resetting. Not saying the 20k is the dead stop point but the last I hit that, a few days ago, it did stop.

No it's not that as I walk over 20 000 regularly..it's the app itself...I reinstalled the app & it reset the step counter & kept my history..but cashwalk didn't give me credits for my coins I earned from last night

Okay. I don't believe you can retrieve from the previous day once it hits midnight.

problem come back again next day and coins number seemed to work but actually when you reopen the app,it will be back.
