집에 돌아오면 게으름을 어떻게 극복하시나요? 밖에 있을 때는 아주 생산적이거나 적어도 활력이 넘치지만, 집에 돌아오는 순간 소파에 웅크리고 싶어져요... 어떤 사람들은 신발 트릭(실내에서 신발을 벗지 않는 것)이나 옷 트릭(실내복에 옷걸이를 걸지 않는 것)을 사용하지만, 저는 잘 모르겠어요. 소파에 웅크리고 있을 것 같아요. 그냥 불편할 뿐이에요. ㅎㅎ

Leaving outdoor clothes or shoes on does nothing for me. Sometimes I'll set a timer for a certain amount of 'lazy' and when it goes off, I have to do 1 thing, which propels me into doing more. But you know, sometimes it's that lazy feeling is your mind and body saying it needs a break to take that rest.
