이웃집 나무가 오른쪽, 남쪽에서 막 색깔이 변하기 시작했어요. 매년 가을마다 화려한 불꽃색으로 변하죠. 제 나무는 왼쪽에 있는 작은 나무예요. 정말 실망스러운 꼴이거든요.

It's always a lovely sight when trees start to turn colors in the fall. The vibrant, flaming colors can really add a beautiful touch to the landscape. It's a shame that your tree on the left is a bit of a disappointing dud, though. Do you know what kind of tree it is? Maybe it just takes a little longer to change color.

Mine is a red maple. This is our 4th tree in that spot. I think it's the hardpan underneath. Nothing seems to want to grow there except plants with shallow roots. Our tree is over 10 years old.
