    I never keep track of what I eat, but I keep track of how much sugary drinks I had on daily basis.

    I tried before and I haven't really been consistent for every meals and snacks and drinks with journaling or even using the MyFitnessPal app.

    There is a fitness app that makes it easy. Map my fitness. I use that. It also has a calorie counter pretty easy to uae

    I used to obsessively keep track of every bite I ate a couple years back but it would become too much and would make eating stressful. If I’m having a day where I just feel that I’m eating to much or not eating the right things then sometimes I’ll track calories just to make sure I’m on top of it. Other than that I just kind of listen to when my body wants food.
